When my woman clients say, “I don’t want sex,” it’s almost never true. It’s not that women don’t want sex—it’s that we don’t want the scripted, predictable version of physical contact that we think of when we heard the word “sex.”

In this way, we women are connoisseurs of great sex. Fast food McDonalds sex just doesn’t cut it. We want the best. Our bodies know the difference between a quality meal and a cheap, wolfed down hamburger. Basically: we are sick of Happy Meals.

Is your sex life gourmet, or are you settling for fast food? Do you know the difference between the two in your own body?
